Seriously ? There’s no need to behave in the manner that you do. Way too highly strung !

We have been twice since the change and got worse each time. This is especially saddening since the previous crew/owner was so good. Fish and chips in the local area will never be the same. Both me and my family are heartbroken at the loss of a loved tradition. If the owners wish to live up to the previous quality they need to work a lot harder.
